Headache is one of the more challenging plagues of life
that every one at one point or another have to experience.
And we can swear having gone through various therapies that deal with one kind of headache or another.

The medical professionals classify it under 2 categories. Primary and secondary.
Secondary headaches are what relates to head and neck injures and brain and tumors.
And also meningitis and encephilitis.

The primary of which is common and frequently suffered, has more to do with migraine, stress, sinus
headaches. Or tension, cervicogenic headaches and cluster headaches.
Some sufferers have daily headaches, rebound headaches and yet still some have severe headaches.
Women who have menstrual headaches or hormonal headaches only have sometime to deal with the pain
relief after a headache relief or pain medication has been administered.

Some seek migraine relief through holistic rituals and herb teas, which sometimes work to some
extend. Many go through yoga and the inhaling of a steaming solution of water and vinegar. All these
believe me work to a point. But does not cure the headache pain.

Many relationships have been torn apart because of headaches.Lives have been destroyed due to headaches.

Statistically, 12% of Americans suffer from a form of headache. Of which 6% of men and 18% of women
will suffer a migraine. The same could be said of people in various parts of the world. An estimated
85% of men suffer cluster headaches.

Do you know what triggers your headaches?
How many times have you awaken from bed exhausted, fatigued, light-headed and almost confused?
Do you feel stress to a level where you are almost out of breath?
Is constipation the cause of your migraine or is it stress?
